In this article, Peggy Drexler was the writer/editor. Drexler commented on how much of a “jerk” he was. She also mentions the names that Cruz was called throughout his career.  Later he talks about how even “member of his own party from George W. Bush to Bob Dole to John McCain describe him as someone that people cannot stand and ‘counterfeit’ with ‘no qualifications.’ ”

I agree with Dexler. From what I have heard and believe in, he does seem like the many things people call him. If he wins the election, it will change the country

In this article, it is talks about the differences between Sanders and Clinton, and how South Carolina could be good and/or bad to them. It mentions health care a lot, and how the candidates should also be focused on it. I do not agree with the author’s opinion, at the end of this he says that “Ultimately, Sanders will not beat Clinton.” He also says that with any chance of him winning, he would have to take great leaps. This does affect the United States, and could affect the world.

Current Events: Why Donald Trump is beating Fox News

In this article, Mel Robbins, labels Donald Trump as “the disrupter”. The disrupter in her opinion is someone whose entire “brand” is to break the mold, to turn the way we do things on its head. We have already seen examples of disrupters in different businesses. For example, Amazon with retail, Uber with taxi’s, Spotify with music, and Trump is the disturber of politics.

An example of something that he is/trying to disrupting is Fox News, he refuses to take an interview, this is a term called psychological reactance, which is the game that Trump plays to get talked about. The more he doesn’t let Fox in, the more they will talk about him. I got this information from CNN News, the name you can find this under is “Why Donald trump is beating Fox News.” Personally, my opinion on this is article is, I agree with everything she is saying Trump is the disrupter of politics. He is blunt. He is disrespectful. He is arrogant.

computer hacks at school leads to emergency meeting

The school board is holding an emergency meeting on Friday, Feb.6, to vote on renting computers because of a security system breach. The district is installing new security software, and all computers, including student computers, throughout the district are offline for the next three weeks. The deadline is set for a 22 year old tradition that the school has sponsored called “Yearbook Day”, which is essentially a senior signing party. All the seniors are released from class at noon to pick up their yearbooks and attend the party at the gym.Junior and editor of the yearbook, Alexis Zavia was not very pleased with this hacker.“This year we pushed our final yearbook deadline back as far as we could to add more coverage to the book. Our yearbook representative warned us that if we didn’t make the deadline, the chances of the book arriving before summer break were slim.”Senior, Reggie White shares his thoughts.“We have to get our yearbooks before school is out. Yearbook Day is one of the highlights of senior year. It would be weird not to get my friends to sign my book before I go off to college. I certainly will not be able to come back for a signing party in the summer or fall. Yearbook day is more popular than prom.”Ed Robles believes he’s coming closer to solving the mystery of who hacked into the schools system.“Whoever hacked into our system is bright . They didn’t leave many traces. I dont think it was a student. This is some pretty sophisticated hacking. The police are getting closer to the hacker, though. He or she left a few bread crumbs for us to follow.”
